compromise
The ninth and last page of Afterhour Adjustments. The visual tone of the comic has changed to be a lot warmer. Pebble sits on the floor, supporting herself with her arms, wearing a comfy sweater-like top and shorts. She looks very focused as she holds a pen stylus with her right footpaw, trying to draw on a propped up tablet. Her left footpaw pressing backspace on a keyboard next to it. "I can't do much with my hooves, so for doing certain things I have to get... creative. As the list of things I could no longer do grew smaller, living with my new anatomy started to seem less and less unthinkable." On the next couple of panels, she's seen rubbing her snout with her hooves, blushing, then her blank crotch, it clearly feels very nice. "What definitely helped were some... unexpected benefits... I discovered along the way." Next, she's seen wearing bright yellow overalls and a face mask, waving to a pair of friends with a hoof. She looks happy, and so do her friends, who are standing in front of a "Critter Café". "Ironically, not having a mouth anymore makes social interactions a lot easier, since nobody expects me to talk. I noticed that this helps me feel more confident!". Now she's seen wearing a light green hoodie with short shorts, still with a face mask. She seems slightly embarrassed as she walks past a pizza restaurant, looking at it. "Sometimes I miss being able to taste certain things, but overall, not having to deal with worrying about eating is really nice.". On the next panel she's at home, just wearing a crop top. She's blushing, looking slightly shocked as she drops her yinglet mug that she was holding between her hooves. "I've always been very clumsy, it's nice to have a visible reason for it now. much do as to be able to, but somehow, I'm so much more comfortable like this!" On the last panel, she's seen looking at herself in the mirror in her apartment, all naked. She's blushing, holding up a hoof to her snout, looking very happy and comfortable with herself. "Despite it all... or maybe because of it? I'm the happiest I've ever been. Whatever you are, and wherever you may now be: Thank you, strange blue creature..!". Rascal is seen in the corner of the page, a hand up in the air, exclaiming "the end!"

The sixth page of Afterhour Adjustments. Rascal pulls down pebble's pants, looking very mischievous about it. Her dick springs up, already hard, she looks very embarrassed about it. Rascal places its hands under her balls, holding onto them: "don't worry, i already know exactly how much you're enjoying this.. however...". It slides its hand upwards, seemingly swiping pebble's dick away, looking proud of itself. "Oops!~". It flies above pebble, floating in the air, looking down at her all proud of itself. "There we go! All done~". Pebble raises its hand hooves, looking down at her now blank and smooth crotch all concerned. On the next panel, she looks away, blushing, very embarrassed, covering her crotch with her hooves. Rascal looks at her like she's doing something silly "awhhh~ there's nothing to be embarrassed about! Quite literally :3". A pov shot of pebble looking down at herself, her blank snout visible to the side of the panel, her hooves in view. "This can't be happening this isn't real there's no way any of this is actually going on I'm imagining this I must be oh god what am I going to do" text can be seen partially concealed by pebble's hoof and the sides of the panel, showing pebble's racing thoughts.
