mozaika
something different <3
this started out as an attempt to draw pebble in the style of soviet-era stone mosaics i remember seeing around some of the prague metro stations while i lived there, but later i leaned more into like, an art-deco-ish style? i was also def inspired by artworks in a similar style by yiyani. i had a lot of fun making this and i'm happy with how it came out <3
i thought about using blender for the lighting and stuff, but i ended up doing it all by hoof - and i'm rly glad that i did, i messed with this in blender for a bit later and blender's lack of support for hue-shifted (or any kind of coloured) shading made it look so much worse than what i did :v
(also all the textures here i painted myself :3 i'm v proud of them)
