"I can't do much with my hooves, so for doing certain things I have to get... creative. As the list of things I could no longer do grew smaller, living with my new anatomy started to seem less and less unthinkable." On the next couple of panels, she's seen rubbing her snout with her hooves, blushing, then her blank crotch, it clearly feels very nice. "What definitely helped were some... unexpected benefits... I discovered along the way." Next, she's seen wearing bright yellow overalls and a face mask, waving to a pair of friends with a hoof. She looks happy, and so do her friends, who are standing in front of a "Critter Café". "Ironically, not having a mouth anymore makes social interactions a lot easier, since nobody expects me to talk. I noticed that this helps me feel more confident!". Now she's seen wearing a light green hoodie with short shorts, still with a face mask. She seems slightly embarrassed as she walks past a pizza restaurant, looking at it. "Sometimes I miss being able to taste certain things, but overall, not having to deal with worrying about eating is really nice.". On the next panel she's at home, just wearing a crop top. She's blushing, looking slightly shocked as she drops her yinglet mug that she was holding between her hooves. "I've always been very clumsy, it's nice to have a visible reason for it now. much do as to be able to, but somehow, I'm so much more comfortable like this!" On the last panel, she's seen looking at herself in the mirror in her apartment, all naked. She's blushing, holding up a hoof to her snout, looking very happy and comfortable with herself. "Despite it all... or maybe because of it? I'm the happiest I've ever been. Whatever you are, and wherever you may now be: Thank you, strange blue creature..!". Rascal is seen in the corner of the page, a hand up in the air, exclaiming "the end!"

The eighth page of Afterhour Adjustments. Pebble sits up on her bed, letting out a huff, three dots above her head. She turns on the lamp by her bed by pressing a large button with a hoof. She's seen walking into her bathroom, opening the door by pressing down on the door lever with a hoof. She's looking down at the floor, sad. Next, a pov shot of her looking at herself in the mirror, seeing her blank mouthless snout for the first time. She examines it with a hoof, the hoof also visible in first person to the side of the panel. She looks sad about the whole thing. Narration follows: "The following days were the hardest. It took me a week to even be able to get myself to leave my apartment.". Next, she's seen sitting down in a doctor's office, the dotor holding up an xray of her skull and hooves, showing the permanence of her changes. She's wearing a dark hoodie and pants, one of her footpaws brushing against the other nervously, the tip of her tail swinging back and forth. She's wearing a face mask to conceal her lack of a mouth. "It wasn't until I saw a doctor that I fully understood the extent of the changes.. How permanent all of this was." On the next panel, she's seen in a short sleeve top, sitting at her desk, trying to type on a keyboard, all nervous about it. "oh, that?" rascal asks. rascal pushes its snout up against pebble's, the lighting gets really dramatic, rascal's grin growing wider and pebble's expression more worried as rascal says "it's about to be the least of your worries~". rascal places its hands over pebble's, concealing them, then pulls them away with the force of its whole body, pushing pebble away in the process. pebble looks shocked as rascal's hands pull away, revealing pebble's hands have been turned into hooves. pebble's showing standing, looking really concerned as it looks at its hand hooves, they're still dripping a little from being transformed. rascal, floating upside down, looking really proud of itself again, goes "there! much better~ wouldn't you agree? much better suited for a clumsy thing like you~". rascal, popping out of frame, appears to have gotten an idea. "oh! before i forget..." it speaks to pebble as it floats down, placing its hands on the sides of pebble's pants, grabbing onto them, looking all teasy. pebble's hooves are seen above it, lifted out of the way.

Rascal responds with "heh~ you talk too much!" placing both its hands on the front of pebble's snout, catching her off guard, it conitinues "no more of that~ ever... AGAIN!" as it says the last bit it pulls back, seemingly turning pebble's snout into goop, parts of it flying off of pebble's face, she appears pretty shocked by it. the blue magic dissipates and she's dropped to the ground. she appears panicked as she grabs onto her snout, feeling it, noticing that her mouth is gone! still panicked, she points to her snout, waving her other hand around, looking at rascal, thinking "What did you do to me?!?!"

AS it says this it flies behind pebble, placing an arm over one of its shoulder, looking at its face over the other. Pebble's looking down at the ground, worried. "I'm not interested sorr-" pebble responds as it starts walking away quickly, before its stopped by the strange critter, snapping its fingers, floating above pebble. Strange blue aura appears around pebble, stopping it in place. pebble looks terrified as the critter responds with "how rude~"

It's staring right at pebble, looking very interested.
