- blurred image backgrounds in gallery are less opaque now (they felt too obtrusive)
- decreased the amount of blur site-wide further (it lets u see the backgrounds better! they're low contrast on purpose so readability is not an issue)
- changed how gallery images are handled on the back end a little bit
