- added an automatic list of contents feature for pages where it's useful
- disabled hover animations on devices that do not support hover
- reduced motion setting is now fully respected
- the main homepage image is now customizable with css
- this lets me change it with themes
- each theme's image now varies slightly
- added an easter egg when clicking on the image with the dark theme enabled
- removed reliance on special classes for paragraph spacing
- added some supporting code for the null surgery follow-up blog post
- replaced pre-formatted asides in blog posts and pages with dynamic float ones using semantic tags
